How to get your Spain Student Visa

    Receive University Offer

    Get an acceptance letter from a recognised Spanish university or institution.

  2. 02

    Gather Required Documents

    Prepare passport, acceptance letter, proof of accommodation, financial proof, and health insurance.

  3. 03

    Apply at Spanish Embassy/Consulate

    Submit your student visa application at the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in India.

  4. 04

    Attend Biometrics Appointment

    Provide fingerprints and photograph at the consulate as part of the visa process.

    Await Visa Decision

    Processing typically takes 4–6 weeks. Apply well in advance of your course start date.

    Travel to Spain & Register
